Boma Yacht has an operational area of 40,000 square metres with both outdoor and indoor storage possibilities with hangars, able to accommodate yachts up to 110 tonnes in length for on-board work.
Boma Yacht is specialized in interventions on fiberglass, steel and light alloy boats – from simple storage with painting and repairs up to complete refits and conversions.
Refitting
and storage
The yard carries out garaging and refitting work on boats of up to 110 tonnes. Work on all metal surfaces, piping, specialised carpentry, interiors and installations.
Steel works on aluminium, steel and stainless steel surfaces.
Piping: stainless steel, steel, plastic material
Carpentry and upholstery: artifacts, cabins, teak .
Air conditioning, refrigeration and galley works
Electrical and hydraulic plants
Engine Overhauling: MAN – MTU – VOLVO – CAT – CUMMINS- YANMAR.

Moorings
and facilities
The mooring management is divided between 7 floating pontoons for the mooring of approximately 300 vessels up to 45 metres in length, plus 80 places on land for dinghies (maximum permitted length 6.00 MT) positioned on customer-owned trolleys with shore service by means of a flag crane.
All jetties are equipped with service columns for electricity and water supply, and fire extinguishers are located near the columns. At the head of each jetty is a sign indicating the jetty (jetties are alphabetised from A to G) and illuminated to make them easy to locate when reaching the berth by sea.
Anchoring at sea is done with galvanised iron chains and/or concrete deadbodies.
The sailors, who are present 7 days a week, take care of pontoon control and mooring tensioning, berth assignment and are available to customers for any mooring-related needs.
